Past events have included:

• Road trip and dinner prior to the UW-Green Bay and UW-Milwaukee away games.

• Luncheon/Dinner prior to the UIC away game.

• Road trip and weekend in Columbus prior to the 2006 BCA at Ohio State University.

• BBQ prior to the Midnight Madness event at The Joseph J. Gentile Center.

In addition, the Backcourt Club hosts several annual events:

• Postseason Men's Basketball Awards Dinner

  Yearly fundraising dinner in early April in which The Backcourt Club awards Most Valuable Player, Most Improved Player, and Newcomer of the Year honors while celebrating the accomplishments of the season.

• In-Season Men's Basketball Luncheons

  Luncheons in Downtown Chicago with guest speakers from the Loyola University Chicago men's basketball team in which fans have the opportunity to track the progress of the team throughout the year.

   

• Early Summer Golf Outing

  Yearly outing in late May or early June in which fans can talk with each other and representatives of the men's basketball team about recuiting, goals, and hopes for the next season while raising money that will go directly to the men's basketball team.
